✓ Surface prep & pressure wash
  • Pressure wash all exterior surfaces at 2,000–3,000 PSI
  • Allow full dry time — minimum 24 hrs before any paint work
  • Clear gutters and downspouts of debris
✓ Scrape, sand & prime
  • Scrape all loose and peeling paint down to bare surface
  • Sand rough edges and feather transitions smooth
  • Apply primer to all bare wood and repaired areas
○ First finish coat — body color
  • Apply to all body surfaces using a roller on large flat areas
  • Brush trim edges and detail areas by hand
  • Maintain a wet edge — work section by section
  • Allow minimum 4 hrs dry time before second coat
  • Check coverage on darker accent colors — may need extra pass
○ Second finish coat
  • Apply second coat once first coat is fully cured
  • Check for missed spots, drips, or thin coverage
  • Touch up trim and accent areas as needed
○ Final inspection photos
  • Photograph all four elevations of the house
  • Capture close-ups of trim, doors, and accent areas
  • Upload all photos before marking job complete
