It's a firm price. The number you see is the number you pay — we don't revise it later and we don't add charges once you've booked, no matter what we find on the job. Our pricing model is built on regional data and years of exterior painting experience, so we can stand behind the quote you're given.

No. You don't need to be home while the crew works, and you don't need to meet anyone to let them in — Ruma coordinates access for you. The only time we'll ask for you is at the end, to confirm the work was done properly. Until then, you can track progress through Ruma and we'll notify you when the job is complete.

No. All communication goes through Ruma. If something needs attention, you message us and we handle it. This is intentional — it removes confusion, keeps everything documented, and means you never have to chase anyone down.

Every contractor goes through thorough vetting before they work on a Ruma home. We run background checks and verify that licensing and insurance requirements are met, so you know exactly who's on your property.

Yes. After you receive your quote, you'll be prompted to select your colors. We can also provide guidance if you're unsure.

Most homes are painted in three to seven working days, depending on the size of the home and the weather. Your quote includes a projected timeline.

We stand behind every job. If something doesn't meet the standard outlined in your checklist, message us and we'll make it right. We track every step with photos, so there's never ambiguity about what was done.

You can pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, or ACH bank transfer — all handled securely through Ruma. We collect a 10% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due on completion.
